Power Relaxation – an Oxymoron?

That may sound like an oxymoron, but it isn’t. You’ve heard of a “Power Nap” for years, but here is your first chance to enjoy a Power Relaxation time. It’s only 8-1/2 minutes long, you can listen with or without headphones, but you should not listen to it while you are working, operating machinery, or anything that requires your attention. Do NOT listen to it as background music.

Okay, enough of that stuff. Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed and listen.
