Good Stress, Bad Stress.

We all have stress in our lives. That’s good because if we didn’t have stress, we would all be like melting Jell-O on the floor.

So, where do we pick up stress and how can we keep the good stress and dump the bad stress?

Work and home, there is no difference. Some people can leave the work at work, clean the slate and walk in the front door as though they didn’t have a care in the world. Most of us cannot do that, even once in a while. There are ways to manage stress, so it doesn’t get out of hand. Some people I see need lots of stress management in their lives, but the good news is that this is usually a quick fix using NLP and some other Black Ops techniques you can use for yourself once you know the enemy.

While it is found on our hypnosis website, it is not necessarily hypnotic, but very relaxing. Do not listen to it while using equipment that requires your attention.
